Identify the Span and identify the dimples. Drill the dimples .6 or .7 mm. Drill into the span body about 3 to 5 mm. Identify the 3d bolts and identify the etch bolt plates. the shaft of the bolt is positioned through the plate. A small amount of glue should fasten the two parts together. Pair enough of these parts for the span. Paint the bolt and plate. Paint the span. Identify the arrangement of the bolts. The shaft of the bolt penetrates into the body of the span. Glue the bolt and plate assembly into position. Identify the tie down bollards. Paint. Attach to the QH wagon in the fashion as shown above. Fasten the rope from the hole in the span to the bollard. Repeat for the opposite side of the span.
